Walking through Vallpineda, one of the most emblematic urbanizations of the Sitges population, we are surprised by an incredible garden. We enter it and walking on the freshly cut grass, we discover a wide and warm gazebo equipped with an indoor barbecue and prepared to organize the best lunches, dinners or parties with friends.

Looking out the window, a feeling of calm comes over us. From here we access the elegant and sober “salle de bain” in which we find, in addition to the shower equipped with a rain effect, a beautiful bathtub with views of the garden and the sea, in which, surrounded by bubbles, you can also take a warm light bath. When leaving the room, continuing along the corridor, we find a spacious living room that, due to its size and luminosity, can be a multipurpose space adapted to any need. For some it will be a magnificent work area, for others a library in which to install two armchairs, a lamp and hundreds of books. It can also be converted into a cinema or leisure room, where to put a billiard or simply create a separate room from the main one. On the same floor, returning to the hall that has given us access from the pool area, we find the second Suite, the Classic Suite. In it we continue accompanied by a lot of light and the quality materials that this magnificent villa enjoys. The bathroom, which completes the room, is a sober and elegant space equipped with a large shower tray. Before going up to the main floor, we notice the very discreet paneled elevator that goes completely unnoticed in the hall. We took advantage of it to go up to the main floor and when we left, we found a separate dining room with space for more than 10 diners. It is a room where you can share a quiet afternoon with your loved ones or enjoy a cup of hot tea in front of the TV on rainy days. The kitchen completes the noble floor, a space where we can breathe the luxury of the house, thanks to its huge central island equipped with a steel worktop, and German furniture, in which to prepare healthy smoothies to enjoy a soft breakfast with the quiet view on the garden.
